Full fresh farm-to-table breakfast, most mornings. Saturdays we take our fresh produce EARLY to the Historic Lewes Farmers Market in downtown Lewes. We provide a special Continental breakfast those mornings. Please let us know about allergies and food issues.

Wine or cocktails with us before your evening adventures. You can order in, if you want to stay home. We have lists and lots of suggestions.

Pets are welcome. We have a fenced-in play area where you can sit in the shade while your dog or other animal gets their exercise. Our 12 yr-old dog, Pepper, also likes to play. We ask that you be responsible for picking up your animal’s waste – garbage can available. Please also take your dog/animals with you when you go out, unless we make special arrangements. Doggy Daycare available in the area.

The Farmstead is a smoke-free B&B, and for adults only. However, you and your children are welcome to come and visit the ducks, see the vegetables, fruits and learn how the two of us run our farm; please just call us before you come to make sure we're here or not seriously busy (302 236-2437). Please Note: Saturday mornings are Historic Lewes Farmers’ Market mornings (8:00 am to 12:00pm)  -  we cannot be available until after 2:30 pm. We need a nap after the market!

We are open from mid-March to November 30th. In-season rates are $185 per night (May to end of October). Off-season rate is $160 per night.

Major credit cards accepted.
Cancellation without seven days notice results in deduction of one-day’s stay-equivalent from your credit card.

We look forward to welcoming you to our B&B and farm and all our activities.
